The Prestige City Bidadi Payment Plan starts at Rs. 42.9 Lakhs onwards and stretches upto Rs. 2.26 Crore. The plan comprises the base value of the units, installment charges that include GST charges. It is a 5-year plan that starts from 10th Dec, 2025. It will be paid in 10 installments.

The payment plan helps buyers to plan their budget and pay in smaller amounts than a lump sum. This payment schedule starts at 10% of the base value to book the units. Later, 10% installment amount is to be paid in every stage of construction.

Note: The base price will not include the registration charges and stamp duty fees.

What Is a Payment Plan?

A payment plan is a systematic breakdown of payments in installments for buying a unit. These are set till the unit is ready for possession and the entire amount is cleared.

The payment plan divided into schedules of The Prestige City is given below:

• An initial payment of 10% of the property value is to be paid when booking an apartment, villa, or plot.
• A 2nd payment of 10% of the total cost is due once the construction activities commence.
• A payment of 10% of the total price is made during the excavation phase of the project.
• Another 10% of the total amount is payable upon reaching the plinth stage.
• A 10% installment of the total cost is required during the construction of the basement.
• An additional 10% of the total value while the ground floor is being built.
• A payment of 10% of the total amount is due during the construction of the first floor.
• The next 10% of the total cost is paid when the flooring work begins.
• A 10% installment of the total price is made during the plumbing installation stage.
• The remaining 10% of the total amount is paid when possession of the property is handed over.

Note: Buyers are required to pay an extra 2% GST along with the final installment. This is to obtain the property.
