2. Prestige Evergreen

Prestige Evergreen is an ongoing premium residential development by the Prestige Group, located on Whitefield–Varthur Road in East Bangalore. This place is only 50 km away from the Bangalore Airport. Spread across around 21 acres, the project offers 2,000 modern apartments. There are options of 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK formats, with unit sizes ranging from about 660 sqft to 2,520 sqft. This project comprises a total of 14 high-rise towers. The estimated possession will start from 31 December 2029. RERA approves this project.

3. Prestige Oakville

The project covers 6.8 acres of land. This project offers more than 950 apartment units. The size of these apartments ranges between 1,361 sqft to 1,898 sqft for 3 BHK, and 2,204 sqft to 2,290 sqft for 4 BHK layouts. 6. Prestige Serenity Shores

Prestige Serenity Shores is a premium ongoing residential project located in Whitefield, Bangalore. The Bangalore airport is around 38–42 km away from this location. The project is spread across over 12 acres and offers a wide range of modern homes designed for comfortable living.
